    Job Description:

    Maintain post-sale contact with customers to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.

    Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, enhancing the company's position and reputation through proper servicing and correspondence.

    Manage customer inquiries regarding current and future orders, providing tactical support to sales and management.

    Prepare RFPs, RFQs, and sales collateral to secure new business and up-sell existing accounts.

    Enhance customer relationships by working closely with customers on targeted solutions and new business opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Account management activities during and after the sale enable Sales representatives to focus on selling activities.
    • Respond to customer requests and inquiries regarding current and future work.
    • Resolve issues arising during production of customer products.
    • Keep sales team informed of customer project status, progress, issues, enhancements, and modifications.
    • Maintain accurate and complete customer files, including detailed account history.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation regarding results, opportunities, and challenges.
    • Analyze reports and data to identify revenue and cost containment opportunities.
    • Assist in implementing and executing products and services.
    • Consult with customers to understand business issues and goals, developing improved solutions.
    • Prepare summary reports identifying customer needs and opportunities for new business.
    • Develop sales product presentations for up-sell opportunities and assist Sales with sales collateral development.
    • Assist Sales in preparing RFPs and RFQs.
    • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, new products, specifications, competitor strengths, and weaknesses, communicating new information to Sales Representatives.
    • Participate in specific customer projects assigned by sales management.

    Qualifications:

    • Translate previous work experience into strong problem-solving skills and apply proven solutions.
    • Deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance.
    • Apply existing processes and procedures to solve problems, receiving guidance for non-routine issues.
    • Apply functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows or other technical tools.
    • Knowledge of specialized software related to the position may be required.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Understand general business concepts and apply them when communicating with diverse groups.
    • Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the function of work, with 3 years of relevant work experience.
