- Translate previous work experience into strong problem-solving skills and apply proven solutions.
- Deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance.
- Apply existing processes and procedures to solve problems, receiving guidance for non-routine issues.
- Apply functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows or other technical tools.
- Knowledge of specialized software related to the position may be required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Understand general business concepts and apply them when communicating with diverse groups.
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the function of work, with 3 years of relevant work experience.

Description
Job Description:
Maintain post-sale contact with customers to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, enhancing the company's position and reputation through proper servicing and correspondence.
Manage customer inquiries regarding current and future orders, providing tactical support to sales and management.
Prepare RFPs, RFQs, and sales collateral to secure new business and up-sell existing accounts.
Enhance customer relationships by working closely with customers on targeted solutions and new business opportunities.
