- Work with Tax Manager and external advisors to ensure the timely and accurate filing of federal and state corporate and partnership returns
- Assist with annual K-1 reporting process for a 700+ multi-member partnership
- Oversee the consolidated financial statement reporting of income taxes and legal entity reporting in accordance with ASC 740
- Oversee all aspects of Federal and State income tax filings
- Proactively manage and maintain provision and compliance deadlines
- Ensure compliance with tax accounting processes, controls, and maintain appropriate documentation
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and regulations, and communicate the necessary recommendations to management
- Conduct the Federal, Multistate, or Local tax technical research, as needed
- Prepare sales and use tax returns and other non-income tax and its related payments
- Assist with transfer pricing documentation and analysis for multi-legal entity org structure
- Ensure appropriate documentation of processes are maintained
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 3+ years of relevant Tax experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, and/or a related field
- CPA
- Experience in a Public Accounting and/or Private industry
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
