    Provider Requirements:
    • License: Active & Unrestricted NH State License & DEA
    • Board Certification: Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
    • Additional Certifications (if applicable): ACLS, ATLS, PALS
