Job Title: EPCM Lead Manager (Allocations)

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 6+ month contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced EPCM Lead Manager (Allocations) to join our team in Chicago, IL, for a contract role of 6+ months. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud EPCM module specifically focusing on allocations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPCM development and implementation, particularly in architecting complete EPM solutions for allocations.

Responsibilities:

1. Architect Complete EPM Solution for Allocations:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design a comprehensive EPM solution tailored for allocations.

1. Lead EPCM Design and Technical Sessions with Client:

• Conduct design and technical sessions with the client to gather requirements, define scope, and finalize the design of the EPCM module.

1. Lead Design of EPCM Forms and Business Rules:

• Utilize expertise in EPCM to lead the design process of forms and business rules necessary for efficient allocation processes.

1. Lead EPCM Development Work with Offshore Team:

• Manage and guide offshore development teams in executing the design plan, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

1. Lead Build of EPCM Application:

• Oversee the construction of the EPCM application, ensuring alignment with the approved design and functionality requirements.

1. Collect/Update Requirements, Update Configs, Participate in CRPs and Testing:

• Actively participate in requirement gathering, configuration updates, and testing phases to ensure the EPCM solution meets business needs and quality standards.

1. Facilitate Workshops and Create Written Documentation:

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather insights and requirements, and prepare comprehensive documentation such as EPCM design documents.

1. Collaborate with Other Tracks:

• Work closely with other tracks including FCCS, EPBCS, Integrations, Conversions, and Reporting tracks to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the entire project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Cloud EPCM module.
• Demonstrated experience in architecting and implementing EPM solutions for allocations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead technical sessions, workshops, and manage offshore development teams effectively.
• Experience in creating comprehensive documentation such as design documents, requirements specifications, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
