    Enzymedica is on the lookout for a motivated Director of Creative Campaigns to join our dynamic marketing team.

    As the Director of Creative Campaigns, your role will involve developing and executing innovative consumer campaigns to enhance brand awareness and presence. We are seeking someone passionate about brand building, especially in the wellness sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, a history of successful brand development, and experience leading creative teams. A background in design/art direction is preferred, along with the ability to contribute personally to design projects. Responsibilities include:

    • Developing and implementing brand marketing strategies
    • Ensuring brand consistency across all channels
    • Conducting market research
    • Managing internal and external creative teams
    • Creating integrated marketing campaigns
    • Overseeing brand guidelines
    • Staying updated with industry trends
    • Providing leadership and mentorship

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 8 years of brand marketing or creative management experience
    • Proven track record in brand and product positioning
    • Strong strategic thinking abilities
    • Leadership and team management skills
    • Copywriting skills
    • Creativity and innovation
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Organizational and project management skills
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
