- Accurate application of cash receivables.
- Maintaining cash flow/daily banking reconciliation spreadsheets.
- Assisting with invoicing using web portals and other means.
- Distributing invoices according to customer-specific requirements, including invoices and billing through customer-specific websites.
- Researching unapplied cash and resolving discrepancies.
- Processing, transmitting, and running credit card transactions for customer sales and refunds.
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field, 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience and education is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of accounts payable and general accounting procedures.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
