- Prepare accrual based monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Month end close balance sheet reconciliations
- Journal entries including accruals and prepayments
- Variance analysis for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts
- Process improvements and documentation of internal controls
- Assist with annual audits and special projects as needed
- BS Accounting or equivalent
- CPA or advancement towards status a plus
- 3+ years of progressive General Ledger experience
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Experience preparing accrual based financial statements
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and an ability to multitask
