Job summary
Manage all associates in assigned division including personnel sales office and warehouse as well as all aspects of operations Job Duties Managing DSD Management Personnel Sales and Operations while collaborating with Independent Operators to ensure everything related to the division operates properly Responsibilities Manage financials profit and loss sales budgets for assigned division ensure Territories sales management are accountable to achieve results Responsible for Financials Profit and Loss from top to bottom results for Division Responsible for Budget Planning for Retail Division Keeps upper management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports weekly work plans monthly annual territory analysis Ensure coordination execution of marketing sales activities with various internal external functions achieve objectives Monitors competition gathering current marketplace information on pricing products new products delivery schedules merchandising techniques new distributors etc Direct development accounts effective selling coordination execution of sales efforts activities Manage Reduce OOS in Division Responsible have DC compliance requirements permits operate Recommend key programs Ensure motivated knowledgeable well-trained sales management team TSRs force Coordinate Quarterly IO meetings Regional Manager Restructure Distribution Flow IO opened New Routes areas needed Direct development maintenance effective relationships staff IO Provide effective staffing training development performance management employee relations Manage Shuttles Drivers efficient operation Additional duties responsibilities required assignedJob description
