Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Kitchen Helper position located in Magnolia, AR.
The Kitchen Helper will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and handle cooking and food handling tasks.
Responsibilities include working alongside the kitchen team to ensure efficient food service, preparing ingredients, and maintaining optimal food storage practices.
Supporting team members and ensuring a safe and organized kitchen workspace will also be key aspects of the role.Qualifications
Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking for assisting in meal preparation and ensuring quality dishes.
Knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety standards to maintain a clean and compliant kitchen environment.
Experience in Food & Beverage service, supporting the preparation and delivery of menu items.
Customer Service skills to contribute to a positive dining experience for guests.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate with the kitchen and service staff effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required.
