Aux Home Services has been a trusted provider of heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical solutions to homes across Jefferson and Shelby counties for over 30 years. Founded by Phil Smitherman, a U.S. Navy veteran, in 1987, Aux Home Services draws inspiration from the Navy's Auxiliary ("Aux") forces, ensuring your home operates smoothly like a well-maintained vessel. Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding service inquiries, appointments, and billing questions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Schedule service appointments for technicians and coordinate with customers to find convenient times.
Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, service history, and billing details.
Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer information and service requests.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing payments.
Educate customers about available products and services to meet their heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and safety protocols.
