    Great East Title is a local real estate title company serving real estate brokerages and lenders throughout Maine and New Hampshire. At Great East Title, we work as a team to assist buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and loan officers with all aspects of the real estate closing process.

    We are seeking a Regional Title Manager to join our Sales Team in Southern and Central Maine. If you are passionate about delivering world-class service in a professional, yet down-to-earth approach, and guiding clients through the real estate closing experience, this is the role for you.

    As the Regional Title Manager, you are part of our experienced team supporting you in delivering smooth closing and settlement experiences to our customers.

    Responsibilities/Duties:

    · Conduct real estate closings at the table in person and via Remote Online Notarization.

    · Build existing relationships and cultivate new business.

    · Exhibit a high amount of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

    · Attend board meetings and mortgage banker association meetings.

    · Travel throughout the region to real estate and lender offices.

    Requirements:

    · Must be a Notary

    · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    · Passion for delivering world-class customer service.
