Installing, upgrading and patching Oracle 9i/10g/11g/12c databases in AIX and Windows environments
Performance tuning of Oracle 9i/10g/11g/12c databases using AWR and Enterprise Manager
Troubleshooting databases errors and creating Oracle MySupport (Metalink) Service Requests
Knowledge of hot and cold database backup strategies as well as database recovery use of RMAN and user-managed SQL*Plus recovery commands
Knowledge of Datapump exports and imports for use in database refreshes and/or cloning
