Job summary

The Operations Administrative Assistant will assist the Director of Operations and Assistant Director of Operations in preparing regulatory audits. This includes ordering supplies, tracking records for grants, and facilitating resident council meetings.

  • Maintenance tracking and support for projects.
  • Facilitate All Staff Meetings; set up slides, send all reminder emails.
