Job description
I am launching a B2B service focused on helping commercial contractors improve visibility into material spend across active projects.The website, marketing materials, and positioning are complete.
I am now looking for an experienced operations automation specialist to build the internal workflow that will power service delivery.
This is NOT a software development project.This is a workflow architecture + automation build designed to make a service business scalable and low-touch.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
Design and build a repeatable internal workflow that allows:
- Client onboarding
- Document intake and organization
- Project tracking
- Exception identification
- Reporting workflow
- Monthly delivery process
- Internal task automation
TOOLS (REQUIRED EXPERIENCE)
- Airtable (required)
- or Zapier (required)
- Google Drive / cloud file organization
- Process mapping and workflow design
Bonus experience:
- Service business operations
- Automation architecture
- B2B operational workflows

- Clients

- Reporting Status
Automation Flows:
- New client onboarding triggers
- Document intake tracking
- Status updates and reminders
- Workflow progression automation
- Reporting preparation flow
Process Documentation:
- Clear SOP documentation
- System logic explanation
- Loom walkthrough videos
