    Overview

    This is a new, temporary RN position as an Internal Resource on the Atrium Health Resource Team. You will support the Rehab Service Line, floating to different Carolinas Rehabilitation (CR) facilities that require assistance.

    Details include:

    • Competitive Hourly Rate + Shift, W/E and Holiday Differential
    • 36-hour weeks
    • 13-week and 26-week assignments

    Job Summary

    The Clinical Nurse, Resource Team, provides comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work under nursing leader supervision, ensuring a safe work environment and providing quality patient care.


    Essential Functions

    • Collects relevant healthcare data
    • Analyzes assessment data
    • Identifies expected outcomes
    • Develops and implements a personalized care plan
    • Evaluates progress and adjusts care strategies
    • Communicates effectively with healthcare consumers and stakeholders
    • Demonstrates leadership and professional conduct

    Physical Requirements

    This role involves various physical activities including walking, standing, lifting, pushing, and pulling. You must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and possess English language proficiency. Critical thinking and quick responsiveness are essential. Physical Abilities Testing will be conducted.


    Education, Experience and Certifications

    Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, 1 year of specialty nursing experience, current BLS certification, and a valid RN license. Certification in ACLS, PALS, and NRP are preferred.
