We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management plus five years of relevant construction industry experience OR eight years' relevant construction industry experience with public or private projects
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Requires travel within NYS, may include overnight stays.
• Must be available to occasionally work a modified work schedule or extended workday hours.
• Proficiency in PC applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam

Responsibilities/Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and/or participate in team endeavors.
• Demonstrated record of taking initiative.
• Demonstrated management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend plans, specifications, addenda, bid materials, contracts and related construction documents.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects a plus.
