- De-escalate and support callers to determine current needs.
- Manage incoming crisis calls and documentation.
- Collaborate and facilitate consultation with internal and external service providers and other team members to determine individual's needs.
- Assist in training of new staff and interns.
- Navigates individuals through the process of getting connected to the services identified by the MCI crisis clinician and making the appropriate referral
- Act as the primary point of contact for all individuals served who have accessed crisis services, ensuring individuals are being followed throughout the process to resources and services within BHN and the community.

- BA Degree Psychology, Counseling, or related field (required)

If you are a compassionate, experienced clinician looking to support adults in crisis while growing professionally, we invite you to join our team. As an MCI Counselor in our Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) program, you will provide resources and connections to better meet their needs. The MCI Counselor will deliver short-term (72-hour) follow-up/case management to ensure successful connections.
Schedule: Friday and Saturday 11PM-7:30AM (overnights)
Pay: $23.44 (Plus shift differntial outside of CBHC hours)
