    Experienced CT Techs needed for:

    • Wellstar Kennestone Hospital - Full-Time Various Shifts
    • Northwest GA Oncology Center - Full-Time Days
    • Acworth Health Park - Part-Time Days/Weekends


    Job Summary:

    Looking for skilled CT Techs who are flexible, dependable, and accountable. You'll be responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures to aid in disease diagnosis and treatment. Your role involves setting up equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining quality diagnostic studies.



    Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

    • Adjusting techniques to minimize radiation dose to patients
    • Maintaining equipment and reporting malfunctions promptly
    • Providing compassionate patient care and addressing concerns
    • Ensuring proper patient identification and privacy
    • Responding to emergencies and assisting in various modalities
    • Documenting procedures accurately and following protocols
    • Explaining procedures clearly to patients and family members
    • Participating in training programs and quality control measures
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
    • Operating CT equipment efficiently


    Required Minimum Education:

    Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiology Technology



    Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

    - ARRT Radiography

    - ARRT Computed Tomography

    - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Instructor



    Required Minimum Experience:

    At least 1 year of experience in Radiology; CT experience preferred



    Required Minimum Skills:

    Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong customer service orientation, detail-oriented, ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and comply with hospital policies and professional standards.

    Competency in CT procedures, patient care, and quality control tests is essential.
