As the Retail Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects for strategic in-store, digital and omni-channel programs to win with the best retailers across US Specialty and National accounts.
You will lead the implementation of these programs partnering with cross-functional internal and external teams to manage timelines, budgets, communication, and execution.
The ideal candidate for this role has strong Retail experience, is a quick learner, excels at communication, can work within a complex organizational structure, and has experience leading cross-functional projects and programs.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the execution of key Retail Marketing programs and projects from brief-in to in-market execution (Examples include but are not limited to: Retail go-to-market planning, Run Happy Shop program, Retail In-Store Fixture program, Retail Pop-Ups, Brooks Trailhead, Retailer Direct Mail catalogs, Key Account Future Planning and Sales Meetings.)
Partner with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to develop and manage program timelines, ensuring key stakeholders, US Marketing and Sales teams, as well as key retailers, and channel owners provide feedback at designated gates and are kept well informed of progress
Maintain use of project management tools to ensure cross-functional alignment and efficiency
Lead project status reporting and meetings to keep marketing campaigns and key project stakeholders on track and aligned, providing transparency to risks and issues that require stakeholder support
Manage risks for the duration of each project, actively tracking risks and working with project team to ensure risk mitigation plans are in place and activated if necessary
Collaborate with Retail Marketing Managers to develop scope for projects, present solution proposals and provide end-to-end project delivery
Track, manage, and report on project budget and milestones and provide status reports to project stakeholders
Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle
Assign individual project responsibilities and resource requirements; enforce accountability of tasks and deadlines
Assist Senior Manager, Retail Marketing in maintaining a rolling 6-12-month marketing calendar, implementing process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain knowledge of internal and external best practices related to project and process management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing/sales or related field
3+ years direct experience in a project and/or program management role, preferably in an active lifestyle environment
Understanding of retail merchandising, promotional timelines, sourcing of retail collateral, and conceptual marketing
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Understanding of budget management and sourcing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication
Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. Experience in Smartsheet and Workfront a plus
A demonstration of innovation and initiative – always looking at improving our products and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help wherever necessary
Ability to understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community

Compensation:
The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $73,515 - $110,272 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
