- Masters Degree in Nursing required (Clinical Nurse Specialist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner)
- One to three years experience in Psychiatric Nursing environment or mental health care environment is preferred
- Must have or be able to quickly obtain prescriptive authority in Indiana
- Provide psychiatric services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions for adults, children and adolescents
- This job title does not supervisor others.
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management.
- Collaborate with treatment team members for medical supervision, utilizing advanced knowledge of psychopathology and psychopharmacology to assist clinical team members in diagnosis, case formulation, and choice of treatment interventions
- Maintain effective, collaborative relationship with Psychiatrists
- Regular and Reliable Attendance is required
- Meet billable hour productivity standards
- Complete clinical documentation within one business day of the service provided
- Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner
