Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team

Qualifications:

· Compute and record numerical data

· Perform data entry and administrative duties

· Able to identify and execute resolution on a variety of a/p issues in a prompt manner.

· Adaptable to change, with the ability to learn new skills and retain information.

· An exceptional written and verbal communicator.

· Detail-orientated, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work full-time.

· Strong communication skills.

· Comfortable with computers and the ability to navigate multiple programs at once.

· A Degree in Business or related field or a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Accounting Field

Duties:

· Work with vendors regarding assuring all bills received are accurate

· Maintain records of vendor issues for weekly/monthly reporting.

· General clerical and customer service support as needed.

· Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Performance of the required duties will require the physical ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk, and standing and walking, repetitive motion using hands with constant keyboarding and physical use of vision to read computer monitors and paper documents. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel and lift up to 25 pounds.
