    Strategic Education Inc. (SEI) seeks a dynamic leader to envision digital solutions and turn them into reality. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define a roadmap the supports the underlying technologies of the business.

    This role is pivotal in creating, maintaining, and scaling a platform that supports educational opportunities for prospective students, then lead development teams to bring these ideas to life.

    They will conduct ongoing research, understand the competitive environment, develop roadmaps, and partner with Agile teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.


    Core responsibilities include:

    Alerts, Logging, Reporting, Platform Tech Debt, Data Integrity, Web Forms, Lead Management, Platform Maintenance and Scalability, and Data Integrity.

    We are seeking a candidate who is open to a hybrid work schedule, ideally based in Minneapolis.

    Flexibility is key in our work environment, and our hybrid staff members typically spend two days a week in the office.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    Hire, onboard, develop, coach, and manage performance of a high performing team
    Serve as technical IT marketing technology platform lead and product expert, overseeing the work of internal team for day-to-day project management and product development
    Manage a growing technical team to ensure development of new products to drive revenue
    Optimize current digital products and make recommendations for changes to products to maximize revenue, site traffic growth and user engagement

    Responsibilities include the oversight of tech debt backlog that supports our Adobe Experience Manager platform, AEM cloud, AEM forms, alerts, logging, and enterprise platform maintenance and scalability.

    Identify new opportunities from industry trends/challenges and perform market/competitive analysis to inform product decisions and roadmap.
    Present ideas for new products and features prioritizing needs based on company objectives as well as data and analytics.
    Manage and explore partnership opportunities with relevant industry players/third party vendors to improve business driven product KPIs.
    Create and manage yearly budgets
    Serve as escalation point for conflict with implementation.
    Collaborate and communicate effectively with department heads (Engineering , Analytics, Operations, Customer Experience, etc...) to ensure all teams are aligned on organization's priorities and strategy


    Technical Experience:
    Enterprise content management systems (AEM preferred)
    Enterprise customer relationship management
    Data integrity and integrations
    Content delivery network
    Lead flow management systems

    Strong team and project management skills
    Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
    Skillful at working across a matrixed organization
    Great communication, people and interpersonal skills
    Has the ability to make decisions that not everyone agrees with.

    Work Experience:
    At least 7 years of consumer product management experience
    At least 5 years of experience managing people
    At least 3 years of Agile Product Management experience
    At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional product teams

    Education:

    4 year Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or other related field
