    Required Skills:
    Current RN license and certification

    Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    Nice to Have Skills:
    Experience in a specialized healthcare setting

    Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems


    Preferred Education and Experience:
    Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN/BScN) preferred

    Prior experience as an RN in a Long Term Care setting


    Other Requirements:
    Flexibility to work evening hours, including weekends and holidays

    CPR and BLS certification required
