At Harcoza, our focus is teaching people sales skill and growing people that want to be in leadership roles. We recognized that PEOPLE are PEOPLE and should be treated as such. That means that while someone not having the college degree specific to business or the 2 - 5 years of experience in sales may not look they best, they may have more to offer than just a piece of paper in a RESUME.
As our founder was raised in Las Vegas, he recognized that there were a lot of job opportunities that solely focused on the hospitality and serving industry, which made it challenging to grow and advance in a career without being capped.
That's why a majority of our team comes from a background in hospitality, athletics or something where " people interaction" is essential. It's for this reason, our team sees value in hiring candidates that have a background in:
