The occupational therapist accurately assesses and identifies deficits in a patient's ability to perform activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL). Develops an individualized treatment plan with patient-centered goals that will be accomplished by therapeutic interventions.- Performs patient evaluations by establishing an occupational profile.
