    The role of the React Engineer is to design, build, and maintain high-quality technology solutions that deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role will require close and continuous collaboration with the team Lead Developer, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and team members to translate user stories and functional requirements into technical designs which will be implemented as production-ready application code.

    This position is located in Atlanta, GA and you must be able to work onsite weekly.

    What You'll Do

    • Work with clients designing, developing, and supporting systems to automate business functions.
    • Look at the bigger picture; understand how the technology will fit within the clients ecosystem and consider how the technology will impact people and processes.
    • Boost team velocity by developing and implementing quality code in line with Acceptance Criteria and Definition Of Done.
    • Translate user stories and functional requirements into technical designs.
    • Design, build, and maintain high-quality technology solutions that deliver an exceptional customer experience.
    • Ensure application SLAs are met by employing appropriate monitoring and alerting tools as required by each supported application.
    • Assist with the identification and definition of key architectures, components and interfaces, design of data model and data/information flows.
    • Estimate level of effort to complete user stories.
    • Create new features or parts of applications with the end user in mind, providing the best experience.
    • Partner with technology teams throughout the organization to build best-in-class CX.
    • Sit co-located with the client physically in the office most days.

    What You'll Bring

    • 2+ years of hands-on React experience as a Front End or Full Stack Software Engineer developing.
    • Possess a level of ownership, urgency, and drive to get things done
    • Excited to learn new full-stack technology outside of React to remove blockers
    • Experience developing software in a cloud-based environment (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure DevOps).
    • Positive attitude and an ability to work well on an exciting project with client and Experient Group team members.
    • Can work autonomously, or at the direction of a technical architect, team lead, or embedded within a client team.
    • Maintain clean code hygiene and adhering to coding standards (formatting and documenting code, code merges with other engineers code).
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Passion for learning and a passion for solving business problems with technology.
    • Experience working with APIs.
    • Familiarity / experience with GIT.
    • ADO (Azure DevOps) experience preferred.
    • Experience working with SCRUM development process.
    • Familiarity with object-oriented design and development.
    • Strong, collaborative team player.
