- Mettre en œuvre et diriger les programmes de prévention des pertes et de la sécurité pour atteindre les objectifs
- Utiliser les outils de l'entreprise pour déterminer, prioriser et communiquer les objectifs, et gérer de façon générale les membres d'équipe et les clients.
- Doter le magasin de membres d'équipe qualifiés : Embaucher, former, observer et encadrer l'équipe pour obtenir des résultats, diriger le processus de gestion du rendement et, au besoin, le processus disciplinaire, dénicher des candidats talentueux et développer les membres d'équipe afin qu'ils puissent être promus, mettre en pratique les compétences de dirigeant pour assurer le développement personnel continu.
- Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles, faire la promotion de l'engagement envers la vision et les valeurs de l'entreprise, projeter une image positive et servir de modèle pour les autres.
- Agit en tant que gérant en service (GES)
- Maintient la compréhension de l'exploitation de tous les rayons du magasin, est multidisciplinaire et s'assure que tous les gérants reçoivent la formation multidisciplinaire pour la vente et la production dans l'encadrement sur mesure.
- Expérience de leadership pour la gestion d'un commerce de détail
- Habileté à rester debout pendant de longues périodes
- Habileté à se déplacer dans le magasin
- Se courber, soulever, transporter, atteindre et s'étirer fréquemment
- Soulevez des boîtes lourdes et accédez à des étagères élevées à l'aide d'une échelle ou d'un équipement similaire
