- Schedules and completes MDS, OBRA and OMRA assessments
- Communicates MDS requirements and deadlines to other transdisciplinary team members

RN MDS Coordinator - Ankeny, United States - On With Life
Description
This exempt position, available to Registered Nurses (RN), works Monday-Friday, with hours typically falling between 8a-4:30p, for an approximately total of 40 hours per week. This position is primarily based out of our post-acute inpatient program in Ankeny, but travel to our long-term program in Polk City, IA is required at least once a month to assist with those MDS's as well.
There are no regular evening, weekend, or holiday requirements, but this position is part of our Nursing leadership on-call team so you may occasionally need to address issues or even potentially help cover the floor outside of your normal working hours.
We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary. This full-time position is eligible for subsidized health and dental insurance, vision insurance, free life and long-term disability insurance, a 401k match, PTO and long-term sick pay, and other benefits. As an RN MDS Coordinator at On With Life, you can be a part of something greater.
