We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatry to join our team for a locum tenens position in Salem, Oregon.
Job Details
A healthcare facility in Salem, Oregon requires the presence of a locum tenens psychiatric nurse practitioner on-site. The facility is prepared to cover all transportation and housing expenses during this assignment. The credentialing process can be finalized within 2-4 weeks.
While in Salem, take the opportunity to explore the Oregon State Capitol, visit the Willamette Heritage Center, or enjoy outdoor activities at Riverfront Park or Minto-Brown Island Park.
The role of the psychiatrist involves a 40-hour work week, with the choice of four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts. Duties include providing care to adult patients in an outpatient setting, conducting 60-minute initial evaluations, and 30-minute follow-up appointments.
Availability: June to December 2024, with possible extension
