    Lead Residential Electrician

    About the Job:

    We are seeking a skilled Lead Residential Electrician to join our team in Ballwin, MO. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, as well as excellent leadership skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leads electrical projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of residential homes.
    • Performs preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
    • Conducts safety inspections to identify and fix electrical hazards, defects, and issues.
    • Troubleshoots electrical problems using effective solutions and innovative thinking.
    • Ensures compliance with all electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

    Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
    • Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Precision and attention to detail in every task.
    • Good physical condition and stamina for manual labor.
