*Job Summary*: Responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing customer vehicles.

*Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, diagnoses, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles following established company policy and procedures.
• Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
• Communicate and explain technical aspects of repairs and issues to customer when asked by Service Advisor/Manager.
• Complete service inspections supporting customer's requested service while documenting the manufacturer specifications/tolerances, which will support the Service Advisor/Manager in communicating conditions to the customer.
• Test the functionality of parts and systems.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

*Job Experience, Education, and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree program in auto maintenance and repair preferred.
• Minimum of three years of automotive and engine repair experience or auto mechanic training.
• ASE certifications.
• Valid PA inspection and emissions licenses, and Mobile Refrigeration Certification (609c)
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to bend, stoop kneel and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, interpret and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment including various types of technology.
• Able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance. Handle stressful situations in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
