    Job DescriptionPeoplelink Staffing has partnered with a PREMIER employer in Central Oklahoma. Our client is a premier supplier and manufacturer of axles, doors, venting products, and related components in the utility trailer, boat trailer, recreational vehicle, heavy-duty, and manufactured housing markets. We currently have MIG welder openings at their El Reno, OK facility.
    The MIG welder performs repetitive work-station/line assembly operations to mass produce axle components or to assemble those components onto a complete axle. Welders should be familiar with automated welding and gauging.
    MIG Welder Job Summary:
    • 1st and 2nd shifts available
    • 1st shift – 6am-2:30pm plus OT as needed
    • 2nd shift – 4pm-12:30am plus OT as needed
    • Saturday overtime may be required
    • $21.89-$22.89/hr starting wage
    • Temp to hire
    • Several increases within 1st year after being hired in
    • $1000 sign-on/retention bonus eligible once hired in
    • Bi-weekly attendance bonus

    MIG Welder Duties:
    • Weld and assemble axles and component parts
    • Follow all procedures to ensure a quality product
    • Follow schedules and ensure that schedules are completed on time and correctly
    • Maintain a safe a clean work environment
    • Rework axles as needed
    • Work within and promoting a TEAM atmosphere amongst co-workers

    MIG Welder Qualifications:
    • Possess a good work ethic, be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
    • Must have the flexibility to work overtime as needed
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Safety conscious and detail oriented
    • MUST have previous MIG welder experience
