- Lead a range of technology projects and guide a team of developers specializing in distributed microservices and full stack systems to develop solutions that address regulatory requirements.
- Stay up to date with tech trends, explore and learn new technologies, engage in internal and external tech communities, mentor fellow engineers, and occasionally participate in coding and code reviews.
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver resilient cloud-based solutions that offer impactful experiences to help individuals achieve financial empowerment.
- Utilize programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services such as Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience not considered).
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
- Master's Degree.
- 9+ years of experience in Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
- 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
- 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
- 1+ years of people management experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
