Project Director- Transportation-Bay Area, CA - San Francisco

Key responsibilities include maintaining deep understanding of client priorities funding realities and community outcomes representing client voices internally shaping solutions based on real delivery insight building long term partnerships rooted in credibility responsiveness results leading cross functional internal teams configuring complex tailored products services solutions negotiating agreements with clients internally reviewing performance behaviors identifying resolving noncompliance monitoring reviewing performance behaviors within area responsibility developing marketing plans improving internal relationships building external customer relationships.
Experience required includes minimum 10 years municipal public sector project delivery client relationship management seller doer experience strong business development proposal preparation marketing skills excellent communication negotiation interpersonal skills ability to lead cross functional teams influence senior levels proficiency CRM tools salesforce Microsoft Office Suite strategic thinker client centric mindset understanding municipal operations governance procurement experience engagement business development track record building relationships government industry community stakeholders.
The salary range is $172000-$253000 based on location and experience.
