Plantations at Lafayette has an immediate need for a Maintenance Tech. This position will perform various duties necessary to upkeep and enhance the value of our community.

Duties:

• Prepare units to move-in ready condition
• Performs various community maintenance functions
• Responds to resident service requests and issues
• Maintain activity log
• Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience is preferred
• HVAC certification highly preferred
• MUST be able to assist with on-call responsibilities
