Job summary
We are looking for a Richmond-based IT Help Desk Coordinator who takes pride in making things work (and fixing them when they don't).No two weeks are exactly the same, but you can count on a few constants. Including: Helping teammates navigate and resolve questions with company-supported hardware, software, and applications, using documented procedures and the support of the broader IT team.
- Helping prepare reports that give insight into help desk activity and opportunities for improvement.
- Setting up new employee workstations, including hardware, operating systems, software,
cabling. - Tracking issues through resolution and keeping help desk documentation accurate
and up to date.
