You will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living such as cooking personal hygiene dressing administering managing medication following Individual Support Plans ISPs transporting residents to appointments when needed completing shift notes ensuring the program is a welcoming comfortable safe environment working closely with parents guardians collaborating on how best support each individual supporting community integration doing group activities taking trips volunteering.
