    We are seeking a bright, motivated, new co-owner, with manufacturing accounting and finance experience, to join our team as a Financial Business Analyst.

    As a Financial Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing insightful financial analysis, strategic guidance, and decision support to help our manufacturing service operations team be the best they can be.

    You will partner with sales and operations team members to incorporate all relevant information into financial, and business analytics to develop new insights and perspectives, identify trends, and recommend actions.

    The ideal candidate will love learning, collaborating, and problem solving as a valued member of a team.

    This is a high-profile role, with significant career growth opportunity working with and reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer.


    The Job:


    Develop in-depth understanding of our business value, plans and strategic initiatives to deliver greater customer value, revenue growth, and profitability.

    Assist in the development of strategic business plans, financial forecasts, and scenario analysis for manufacturing service operations. Collaborate with senior management to assess risks, evaluate opportunities, and formulate actionable strategies.
    Evaluate proposed capital investments and payback calculations for manufacturing service projects. Assess the financial viability and strategic alignment of capital expenditure initiatives to support long-term business objectives and customer opportunities.

    Conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing services, value, costs, variances, and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    Utilize business and financial models and tools to assess value delivery, profitability, cost drivers, and operational efficiencies. Partner with our operations team to analyze operational costs, overhead expenses, and inventory management practices. Recommend value creation, and cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance profitability and competitiveness.
    Collaborate cross functionally to gather financial data and ensure accuracy of information.
    Proactively identify opportunities to optimize operational and financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting capabilities. Lead initiatives to standardize accounting and reporting practices, implement best-in-class financial controls, and optimize business performance.


    Basic Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in manufacturing services cost accounting principles and financial analytics.3+ years supervising and directing the work of team members.

    Excited and passionate about learning, collaborating and problem solving as a valued member of a team.
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.

    Experience and strong proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, including data visualization, dashboard development, and report automation.

    Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
    Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a passion to drive collaboration cross-functionally.
    Solid understanding of cross-functional implications amongst accounting, operations, and sales.

    Proven comprehension and ability to apply foundational corporate finance techniques to measure financial performance/returns, month-end close procedures, and strong command of US GAAP.
