    An established orthopedic practice in the Trenton, NJ is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their orthopedic trauma team. Candidates with 1-2+ years of orthopedic experience will be considered first. Competitive base salary pay ($125,000-$175,000/year) and quarterly bonuses are offered.     Responsibilities:

    • Full-time permanent position - orthopedic trauma
    • Monday-Friday schedule, day shifts only
    • Assist in surgery, perform consults, follow-ups and post-ops in the hospital
    • Diagnose conditions through physical examinations, medical imaging, and laboratory tests
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
    • 4-5 days of call per month (ALL PAID)

    Qualifications:

    • New Jersey State License
    • Knowledge of orthopedic surgery, treatments and terminology
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
    • Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
