    Job Overview:

    The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing manage and organizing office operations: Administrators oversee day-to-day operations, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. This position oversees our Arizona locations: East Phoenix, West Phoenix, and Tucson.

    Duties:

    • Approve all time cards daily.
    • Input all PTO, vacation, sick time, etc for location into ADP.
    • Assisting with clock-ins/clock-outs when employees are not able to.
    • Answer incoming calls, and transfer them to the necessary department.
    • Handling all write-ups, terminations, and documentation of any incidents at the location.
    • Completing and sending in all personnel change forms.
    • Completing new hire checklist and sending it to HR manager for onboarding.
    • Reporting and documenting any incident to the HR manager. (All incidents must be reported)
    • Routing all questions about benefits, PTO, sick time, etc. to the HR manager.
