    The position is 100% remote work
    Candidate must be willing to travel to FAA installations throughout the state and occasional travel to neighboring states

    Duties and Functions:
    Performs a variety of in-depth technical functions required in the maintenance and repair of security equipment and systems
    Involved in troubleshooting, replacing components and wiring circuits; repairing electronic equipment; and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers and oscilloscopes
    Work requires knowledge of basic and advanced electrical and electronic principles as they pertain to security systems and equipment installed at facilities; the ability to understand and follow technical guidance such as circuitry and layouts where available; the ability to locate, repair or replace equipment as required; the ability to troubleshoot complex security systems, hardware and software; the ability to independently assess and resolve security system problems; the ability to configure computers, communications devices and peripheral equipment; ability to provide in-depth technical assistance to other technicians when called upon to assist in corrective maintenance and restoration activities
    The technician must possess at least 8 years of experience installing or maintaining ESS equipment, to include video surveillance systems, access control systems, intercoms, intrusion detection systems, and security gates
    Experience specifically with Johnson Controls P2000, Lenel OnGuard, Pelco, Genetec, or Milestone is preferred.
