- Greet clients in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Prepare estimates with proper documentation.
- Write repair orders with sufficient and understandable detail to facilitate proper diagnosis.
- Review vehicle service history and Acura's maintenance requirements to provide needed service information to the client.
- Provide accurate estimates and clear explanations regarding service costs and potential repair options
- Prepare and present detailed service orders to customers, ensuring clarity and transparency
- Assist customers in understanding warranty coverage and assist with any warranty claims
- Maintain customer records, including service histories and contact information
- Perform quality control check when necessary.
- Perform active delivery of the vehicle to the client upon completion
- Keep updated on the latest technical information, service procedures, and Acura guidelines to provide accurate and reliable advice to customers
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role with Acura/Honda dealership is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven customer service and sales skills
- Knowledge of automotive service and maintenance, including understanding of service procedures, recommended maintenance schedules, and warranty coverage
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using automotive service software systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record
