Accounting Clerk - Looking for immediate hire 4 Day work week

• You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.
• This is a 6 - 8 week position with the potential to extend further, up to 12+ weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable
• Printing Checks
• Light bookkeeping and reconciliation
• Journal Entries

Job Details:

• Role will be on site at a local church located new 1604 E.
• Hours will be M-Thurs, 7:30-5:30PM.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1+ year Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
• Experience in data entry
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
