- Develop expertise in resins, urethanes, high clarity and uniform optics, impact resistant materials and related manufacturing process implementation.
- Utilize relevant analytical and laboratory experience (FTIR, UV-Vis, DSC, TGA, rheology, tensile, hardness, formulation, synthesis, etc.)
- Performs experiments to develop new products for urethanes, polymers, composites and/or other business driven needs
- Guiding others in use of analytical equipment necessary for job.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant technical field, such as Physics, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or an Engineering discipline with a strong background in chemistry with 2+ years of relevant industrial experience, or Master's degree in Chemistry or a relevant technical field, such as Physics, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or an Engineering discipline with a strong background in chemistry with 0+ years of relevant industrial experience.
- Ability to present and communicate with a broad audience, including: technical, management, and production.
