    Description
    Ultrasound Technologist - Sidney, MT - 13 weeks Contract

    Sigma Healthcare team is currently looking for Ultrasound Tech to work onsite at contracted facilities in Sidney.


    EMR Used:

    EPIC

    Shift:
    M-F, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm


    Summary:
    Ultrasound tech - must be able to perform general Ultra Sound scans including OB and vascular.


    Essential Functions:
    Performs general ultrasound.
    Assists radiologist with ultrasound procedures.
    Provides verbal reports to radiologist and other providers.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Education:
    Graduation from an accredited Ultrasound Program or equivalent required.

    Experience:
    Must have OB/GYN, some vascular and general scanning experience.

    Credentials:
    Must have Client equipment experience.
    Current ARDMS registry, Current BLS certification.

    Knowledge, skills and abilities:

    Ability to effectively communicate with staff, managers and the general public verbally and in writing.
    Demonstrate effective listening skills.
    Excellent organization and time management skills and ability to establish priorities effectively.
    Possess exceptional problem solving skills.
    Ability to work effectively without immediate supervision.
    Ability to learn new computer software programs.
    Ability to recognize and protect confidential information.
    Demonstrate ethical and legal accountability for the position.
