    Description

    Assists in the coordination and monitors the performance across assigned program platforms to achieve the best functional, technical, and profitable value of company projects.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    • Liaison between Pegasus' fabrication partner(s), internal stakeholders, and Pegasus Program Management team.
    • May communicate directly with Pegasus' customer(s) professionally and report out to a Program Manager.
    • Assists in tracking and reporting all project measurables, plans, goals, logistics, timelines, risks, assumptions, and milestones throughout the program(s) lifecycle to be shared during program reviews or when requested to senior management, stakeholders, and suppliers using appropriate tools on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
    • Prepares project, program, and portfolio level documents and presentations; and participates in formal/informal, internal/external meetings.
    • Reports daily to a Program Manager all risks and potential interruptions that may cause any project to miss any critical paths i.e., budget, on-time delivery, quality issues, etc.
    • Assists in tracking all required work orders outside of the original scope of work before and after performance for approval and customer invoicing.
    • Makes recommendations for increasing contracted parameters when feasible for increased profitability.
    • Detect, reports, and makes recommendations for solving project, and program issues timely and effectively.
    • Assists in management of technical data and documentation for the program.
    • Effectively communicates project developments and results to team members and liaise with other departments as well as customers on an ongoing basis.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    KNOWLEGDE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    • Proven great leadership skills in past positions.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft software applications.
    • Professional and excellent communication skills.
    • A minimum of 2 years of program management or contracts administration experience in manufacturing/production settings is preferred.
    • Experience in corresponding with customers and executive leadership preferred.
    • Heavy plate fabrication experience that includes welding
    • High attention to detail.
    EDUCATIONand/orEXPERIENCE

    Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field from a credited college, university, or technical school; or five (5) years of successful related experience or training in engineering, finance, or manufacturing; orequivalent combination of education and experience.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from members of the executive leadership team, production associates, clients, customers, vendors, and the general public.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

    Must possess strong logistical knowledge. Budgetary financial knowledge preferred.

    REASONING ABILITY

    Must be able to make sound business decisions and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Requires analytical knowledge; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret technical publications.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    CPIM or PMP preferred.
