We are seeking an experienced Iron Worker Trainee to join our team at Martin K. Eby Construction Co., Inc.

As a trainee, you will begin your career by working closely with experienced ironworkers who will mentor and guide you in developing the skills necessary to become a well-rounded and capable tradesperson.

• Cutting and rigging steel components
• Hoisting and connecting structural members
• Aligning and bolting up steel assemblies
• Welding and bracing structural steel

This hands-on role allows individuals who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow within a respected construction company.
