Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of experience in technical support roles. Experience with I.T. applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end-user-productivity tools. Strong knowledge of Cisco-based network equipment. Experience with Windows and Linux server environments. Experience with IIOT, iOS, software-defined network, mobile, and Android-based equipment is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours and support multiple shifts, including weekends.
