La socit, co-fonde par Romulus, Benoit et Vincent en 2010 est devenue une rfrence pour les marchands cross-canaux, et compte de nombreux clients en France, au Royaume Uni et plus gnralement en Europe.

Au sein de notre service Onboarding & Support, le Chef de Projet Run and Change est linterlocuteur privilgi de nos clients aprs la mise en production du projet, il pilote les demandes dvolution et est garant de la bonne relation client au quotidien.

????? Grce sa vision globale de la solution Order Management System OneStock que ce soit dun point de vue fonctionnel et technique, il a la charge de rpondre aux demandes clients, dassurer le conseil mais galement de porter les demandes internes (de correction et dvolution).

???? Ainsi, il travaille avec la R&D, le Produit, les dveloppeurs et les autres services, pour faire voluer la solution pour nos clients.

**Missions:**

**Pilotage et suivi des demandes dvolution** ????

Identifier et analyser les demandes dvolution : challenger et tre force de proposition

Rdiger lexpression du besoin dun point de vue fonctionnel et technique

Planifier les volutions avec les developpeurs selon avec le planning des diffrents membres de lquipe

Animer et participer des runions de conceptions/de suivi avec les quipes techniques clients et les autres collaborateurs OneStock

Configurer et tester la plateforme puis accompagner le client lors de sa recette

Coordonner les mises en production laide dun plan de dploiement et suivre le client aprs le mise en production

**Suivi et analyse des sujets de production** ?????

Gestion de la communication client en cas dincident ou de problme sur la plateforme

Prise en charge des demandes dassistance, qualification du besoin, investigation et analyse des problmatiques client

**Conception et optimisation des process Run and Change ** ?????????

Participation la dfinition et mise en place des indicateurs permettant le suivi de performance dans la gestion des demandes dvolution et run

Participation la dfinition et optimisation des process de relation client dans la gestion des demandes et du run

Gestion documentaire (spcifications, cahier de test, )

Formation distance lutilisation et au paramtrage de la plateforme pour nos clients

Participation la recette des montes de version/corrections de la plateforme

Rdaction de rapports dactivit, point de situation dans le but de restituer, donner de la visibilit sur les tches ralises

**Profil recherch**

Ingnieur de formation, tu disposes idalement de 2 ans dexprience dans la gestion de projet et/ou la gestion de run IT. Une premire exprience en stage (si tu es frachement diplm ) pourrait aussi convenir.
