    Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is in search of a skilled Assistant Bread Baker. We need someone who shares our passion for quality food, excellent customer service, and community engagement. As an Assistant Bread Baker with us, you'll be part of a dynamic team crafting artisanal, sweet, and seasonal bread using wholesome ingredients.

    An ideal Assistant Bread Baker at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe should have:

    • Demonstrated kitchen prowess, handling recipes with precision and paying attention to detail in bread-making.
    • Adaptability to changes and a willingness to be flexible while maintaining focus in the kitchen.
    • Availability for afternoon to evening shifts, typically starting at 2 pm and potentially extending to overnight shifts during holidays.

    To excel as an Assistant Bread Baker with us, you should ideally have:

    • At least 1 year of experience in large-scale baking/pastry (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Adherence to food safety regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
    • Formal education in baking/pastry is advantageous but not compulsory.

    Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be considered for the Bread Baker role at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe.
